HOT-DIE FORGING EQUIPMENT & TOOLING
NOKX supports drawing-based hot-die forging for discs, shafts, forks, rings, flanges and other non-standard components. Equipment selection and tooling are aligned with the approved drawing, material and inspection requirements.
Press Capacity Shown Clearly
Each specification is listed by individual machine. Nominal force and maximum pressing force are shown separately where applicable.
80,000 kN Hot-Die Forging Press
Heavy press capacity for drawing-defined die forging projects. Tooling layout and workpiece geometry are reviewed before production planning.
25,000 kN Double-Disc Friction Screw Press
Configured for die-forging operations where the approved forging sequence calls for a friction screw press.
25,000 kN Hot-Die Forging Press
A separate hot-die press provides another machine option when die geometry, production scheduling and the approved route require it.
8,000 kN Double-Disc Friction Screw Press
The nominal force and maximum pressing force are intentionally shown as two different values, so project teams can read the machine data without unit confusion.
Forging Heating Furnace
Heating is planned around the approved material and forging route before the workpiece moves to the press.
Open-Die Forging Hammer
Supporting open-die operations are reviewed separately when the project calls for blank preparation or complementary forging work.
Parameter note: Equipment values describe individual machines and are not a combined component-size range. Final feasibility depends on approved drawings, material behaviour, die geometry, process sequence and agreed inspection requirements.
Tooling Starts With Geometry
Die concepts are prepared around the approved component form, parting direction, material flow, machining allowance and downstream inspection needs. Tooling details remain project specific.
Billet
Starting stock is selected against the approved forging route.
Preform
Initial shape prepares material for subsequent forming.
Blocker
Intermediate geometry is used where the route requires it.
Finisher
Final die form follows approved project geometry.
Trim & Review
Finished forgings move to the agreed inspection route.
Project Geometry Drives the Route
Representative component families are reviewed against your drawing; they do not replace a project-specific manufacturing assessment.
Flanges, Discs & Ring Forms
Shafts, Axles & Connecting Rods
Forks, Branches & Hollow Forms
Housings, Blades & Complex Shapes
Before Your Forging Review
What should I send for a hot-die forging review?
Please send the drawing, material requirement, quantity, applicable standard, machining allowance expectations and inspection requirements available for the project.
Can NOKX review non-standard forged components?
Yes. Non-standard geometry is reviewed against the approved drawing and project requirements before tooling and machine selection are confirmed.
Why are nominal force and maximum pressing force shown separately?
They represent different machine parameters. Showing them separately prevents a nominal-force value from being incorrectly read as a maximum pressing-force value.
Do the listed figures define a maximum part size?
No. The figures describe individual equipment. Final feasibility is confirmed from the complete drawing, material, die geometry and forging route.
Send the Drawing. We Will Review the Forging Route.
Share your component drawing, material, quantity and inspection requirements for a drawing-based hot-die forging review.
