01Design
Drawings, materials, standards, tolerances and inspection needs are reviewed before production. Manufacturability feedback helps clarify requirements early.

02Bending
Pipe, plate and formed sections are shaped through a controlled sequence. Curves, angles and key dimensions are checked against approved drawings.

03Welding
Joining methods and in-process controls are coordinated around material and product requirements. Weld appearance and agreed inspection points are checked during fabrication.

04Hot Die Forging
Heated material is formed in dies for repeatable geometry and controlled material flow. Trimming and follow-on operations are coordinated as required.

05Free Forging
Large or low-volume blanks are progressively shaped for the required section and machining allowance. Final geometry is completed through subsequent operations.

06Cutting
Material is cut to planned lengths and machining allowances. Edges and surfaces are prepared for forming, welding or downstream machining.

07CNC Machining
Turning, milling and drilling complete drawing-defined features. Critical dimensions and tolerances are coordinated with the agreed inspection scope.

08Inspection
