FACTORY AT A GLANCE

Two Manufacturing Sites. One Coordinated Route.

NOKX began with stainless welded-pipe manufacturing in 2015. The production scope expanded to seamless pipes and pipe fittings in 2020, followed by a new forging and CNC machining site in 2024 and additional non-destructive testing resources in 2026.

Both Jiangyin sites operate under the same ownership and manufacturing coordination. The Meiyuan Street site focuses on welded pipes, seamless pipes and fittings; the Qingyang Town site supports hot-die forging, open-die forging, CNC machining and radiographic inspection.

FACTORY FAQ

Questions Before You Send a Drawing

Practical information for international buyers, engineers and project procurement teams.

Is NOKX a direct manufacturer?

Yes. NOKX is the unified sales brand for two Jiangyin manufacturing sites under the same ownership. The Meiyuan Street site focuses on pipes and fittings, while the Qingyang Town site supports forging, CNC machining and radiographic inspection.

What products are manufactured by NOKX?

The current scope includes welded pipes, seamless pipes, pipe fittings, flanges and tube sheets, hot-die and open-die forgings, and CNC machined components.

Can NOKX manufacture from customer drawings?

Yes. Drawings, materials, standards, quantities and inspection requirements are reviewed before a manufacturing route is confirmed.

Which materials and standards are supported?

Representative materials include austenitic and duplex stainless steels, nickel alloys and selected carbon or alloy steels. ASTM/ASME, EN, GB/T, JIS and KS requirements can be reviewed against the specific product and drawing.

What inspection documents can be supplied?

Depending on the agreed inspection plan, documentation can include material certificates, dimensional reports, NDT records, mechanical test reports and packing documents.

Can customers arrange a factory visit?

Yes. Contact NOKX in advance with the products, dimensions and intended visit timing so the appropriate Jiangyin site and production area can be coordinated.

Can NOKX handle non-standard components?

Non-standard forgings, welded assemblies and machined components can be reviewed from drawings and project requirements.

How should I submit an RFQ?

Send the product or part description, material, standard, dimensions or drawing, quantity, delivery requirement and inspection scope through the project inquiry form.
